M is for
Monday which is weigh day which showed a loss of 400gms. Now 76.6kgs. I am happy with the loss but extremely annoyed at myself as I know I am eating too much. The exercise is fine. And yes, I am perhaps more hungry because of it but I seemed to have lost the ability to say No to myself when it comes to food. So this week it is back to basics for me. Tracking, planning, water and exercise. I know it is Easter on the weekend but I still have to try.

Madness which reigned supreme at the Kindy Easter Bonnet Parade yesterday. Oscar wore a hat I had made for Darcy when he was two and looked very cute. It was a paper mache (sp) balloon that we had painted to look like a big Easter egg. And after the parade I gladly gave it away to a Mum who expressed great love of the hat. It has been hanging around the laundry for two years and I am happy to see the back of it. Darcy wore his requested balloon hat which ended up being a Wallabies beanie with blown up water bomb balloons pinned all over it. It was hilarious. And easy to make.

My work load which has gone through the roof this week and for the next two weeks. One of my bosses staff is on leave and I have picked up all the backup work. This will keep me busy busy busy and I must admit I am enjoying the speed of the day. I am also remembering that I have forgotten a lot of the work so all the work processes have come out again. I feel like a newbie. :)

I like Linda's version too!! LOL!!
I think everyone has their own little version depending on what age bracket you belong to!
Well done on your loss this week. Eating a little too much is OK as long as it is good food and the scales are still going in the downward direction. Try upping the protein to keep you satisfied longer. XX

I feel like I've been deprived. No one ever taught me a short cut to remember the planets.. No wonder I could never remember them!
I've got a 4 day week, a 2 day week and a 3 day week. Yeah for working in Construction.
Great loss and have a fantastic week.

Well since all the "M" words have been used up i'll have to go to plan "B"! Bloody Brilliant!! LOL.
Great post, you always have such fresh ideas to keep your posts interesting and they are great reading. I wish I had half your imagination. Sounds like you had a great week, even though you ate a little too much, you still had a brilliant loss. Well done.
Keep up the great work.

Great post M - I never realised there were such sayings to remember the planets' order! Learn something everyday :)
Excellent loss this week! Going back to basics is a good idea, particularly with the Easter bunny paying a visit this weekend ;)
BTW, have you had a chance to wear those gorgeous boots lately?
Have a great week Darl, busy that it seems.

Great job on the loss this week, M! And good luck getting back to basics this week...I'm stressing a bit about Easter but I'm determined to be good! HAPPY EASTER!

Great Loss M. I haven't gotten to the planet sayings yet, I am sure I will in the future so the rhyme may come in handy.LOL.
I hear you on the 4 day working weeks although for me they are a little shorter anyways, but it is always a joy to have a workday as a holiday.
Hope you have a fantastic easter with your family M.

Ooh! I didn't realise about the 4 day weeks coming up! That's exciting. Maybe I'll be able to remember what my DH looks like...
Go Dr. Suess. Although I have to admit that I rue the day he wrote "Fox In Sox"... no normal person can read that out loud properly, let alone someone whose brain has been taken over by a foetus.
Congratulations on the loss, and I hope that the motivation of losing is enough to sustain you through Easter, although I completely understand if Lindt gets the better of you. You'll come back even stronger next week, I'm sure.
Have a lovely few days off.
