07/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk - DONE
08/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk, TV workout - only the walks
09/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk, 30 min tramp - only the walks
08/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk, TV workout - only the walks
09/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk, 30 min tramp - only the walks
10/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk, TV wourkout - only the walks
11/08 - 40 min to and from city, 45 min lunch walk, 30 min tramp - only the walks
12/08 - Nothing but party stuff then bloggers dinner - that counts :)
13/08 - City 2 Surf - whooo hoooo (hopefully I will click over 30,000 steps!) - DONE but only 27,000 steps for the day

TV Workout for this week
Programme - (using a dining chair) 100 x inner thigh squeeze, 100 x outer thigh squeeze (repeat until commercial)
Commercial - (using skipping rope & coffee table) 2 min skipping, 5 Tricep Dips, 5 Pushups (repeat until programme)
Programme - (using a dining chair) 100 x inner thigh squeeze, 100 x outer thigh squeeze (repeat until commercial)
Commercial - (using skipping rope & fitball) 2 min skipping, 50 crunches on the fitball (repeat until programme)
Repeat for 30 minutes
Man, you and Sue are making me feel like I don't do enough now. I will revise my plan for next week!
